• Marketing: Initial marketing efforts to introduce Notch AI to the crypto and tech community through social media campaigns, AMAs, and partnership teasers.

• $NOTCH token Launch: Begin the stealth launch phase for the $NOTCH token, allowing early adopters to participate. Continue to build hype around the stealth launch with targeted marketing campaigns, including influencer partnerships

• GPU Pool Launch: The launch of the initial GPU pool.

• Staking: Launch the staking mechanism for $NOTCH token, emphasizing the revenue-sharing model and community benefits.

• GPU Pool Expansion: Expansion of the GPU pool for maximised revenue and increased profit for investors.

• Notch Mobile App: NotchAI generative ai mobile app goes live.

• Public GPU rent access: Open GPU rent for the public, enabling broader access to GPU resources.

• Marketing and Strategic Partnerships: Intensified marketing efforts with a focus on showcasing the value proposition of Notch AI to a wider audience. New partnerships to enhance the NotchAI ecosystem.

• GPU Upgrade: Additional top-grade GPU nodes to the GPU pool.

Phase 3: Scaling and Innovation​

• GenAPI Launch: Launch the NotchAI GenAPI endpoints for images, catering to developers and content creators.

• GPU Rig Launch: GPU mining grid launch.

• 6 figure/month target revenue: Deployment of strategies, products & services to significantly increase monthly revenue.
